The Coaching Journey

These flowers have been gently gathered, cared for, and placed into a secure, supportive container (the vase). This perfectly mirrors the coaching relationship. It represents taking the scattered, raw parts of one’s experience and bringing them into a safe, structured space to heal.

Coaching is NOT therapy. Coaching is important in trauma recovery because it provides present-moment, action-oriented support that helps transition from surviving to thriving.

While therapy often unpacks the past, trauma-informed coaching focuses on empowerment, skill-building, and practical life strategies to restore a sense of agency. A sense of self again.
